How do I convert an audio to .mp3?
Go to http://www.freemake.com/downloads and download "Freemake Video Converter".
When prompted, click "run", click "yes" to continue, select "English", OK.
Uncheck "help make freemake software better", click "Next".
Select "Custom Installation" (advanced), uncheck "install McAfee SiteAdvisor", click Next.
On the "install The God Father" page, select "I do not accept", click "Next", select "Custom Installation", uncheck "install browser plugins (Chrome, Firefox)"
Select "create a desktop icon", click "Next", click "Next" to complete the installation.
To convert audio files, launch Freemake Video Converter, select "Audio", then browse to the location of your original audio files and click open
Click on 'to MP3' at the bottom
Under 'Preset' click the drop down menu and select 'add your preset'
Enter the following presets: Channels = Mono, Sample Rate = 48000 Hz, Bitrate = 64 Kbps, click 'ok'
Select the location where you wish to save your .mp3 file
