shall be governed by the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and you agree to

The Site originates in Canada. MSPStream's products and services are
offered in MSPStream's operating territory. Some products and
services referred to on the Site may not be available in parts of
MSPStream's operating territory or may not be compatible with party
